My journey into the world of self defence began with a disturbing experience while working as a model. This story has been covered in the international press, including The Times, Sky News, The Guardian, and Glamour magazine.
While I am comfortable discussing it, I am moving forward and the section below features my ongoing work as Armour For Life/Faith Roswell.
I am currently available for:

I explain how the "freeze response" works.
"In real life, finding that you can’t speak or even move to protect yourself is common. You might look away, make yourself smaller, or start to shake. After a few minutes, you may be able to think rationally again, but you’ll be plagued with the question: "Why did I just stand there?"
Interview with Randy King of "Common Sense Self-Defense".
"Most people think self-defense starts with throwing punches, but real survival starts in your head. In this episode of The Timeline of Self-Defense, we’re in the During phase with Faith Roswell, founder of Armour for Life in the UK. Faith teaches psychological self-defense — how to manage fear, think clearly, and make decisions that keep you alive when things go sideways."
"Once a rolling object gains momentum, it is hard to stop it in its tracks. The same goes for predators.
The earlier they see consequences, the harder it is for them to gain celebrity status and use it as armour.
The more we educate ourselves and each other, the harder it is for them to use their fanbase as a shield."

Cover feature:

"Meet Faith! Model, solo world traveler and post apocalyptic cage fighter! We talk about her resourcefulness in getting out of sticky situations when traveling, spear heading a movement to help survivors of a photographer's sexual assaults take legal action against him and how one time, the plane she was on landed in the wrong city!"
"...She began to look into what she could do to help freelancers, especially in creative industries, stay safe and she soon found that most of the self defense classes focused on the physical fighting which barely scratched the surface of what else was possible..."
"Faith talks about how she overcame the stereotypical idea we have about modelling and how a case involving outing predators in the modelling industry set her up to become a spokesperson for model safety. You need to listen in to hear how Faith has juggled all of the different areas of her life and how it is all about remaining genuine in whatever you do."
